Anyways sorry I took very long, I got side tracked too many times, Okay to come straight to the point this is Tarrlok when he reforms, and becomes good yada yada joins team avatar alongside his brother yada yada gets together with Kazumi yada yada joins Korra and the rest to fight alongside Vaatu and Unalaq yada yada!
btw his scar isn't that bad.....I'm not gonna lie he does look kind of odd... but he was close to the explosion so...yeah, but don't worry Tarrlok you're still handsome as ever.
